*There are 2 entrances for the sale. One upstairs of the barndominium and one downstairs. Numbers will be handed out for the upstairs only at 7am. 30 people will be allowed in the upstairs and 30 in the downstairs at one time. 

*Follow signs for parking on a 4 acre field on the property.
